The Pink Pawns Program empowers Bahamian girls and women through chess, building confidence, developing skills, and inspiring future players, mentors, and leaders. Guided by our motto, “Empowering Moves, Empowering Minds,” and our concept, “Pawns Develop into Queens,” we help every participant unlock her full potential, on and off the chessboard.
